Ritamae Tennyson

Chef Ritamae is the executive chef and owner of R Catering and Events. Born in Miami, Fl, Chef Ritamae spent many summers in Roatan, Honduras where she incorporating her island flare into her passion for cooking. Chef Mae have put on events from small intimate dinner parties to large Gala and corporate events. She is this year’s 2022 Winner of the Food Network South Beach Wine and Food Festival Burger Bash, taking home Judge’s Choice.
